In addition, if she or he chooses, and first gives Notice and exercises any lawful Due Process which may be required, Our Excellent Appellate Services are legally available to any attorney licensed in the District of Columbia, and whose office is located within the District of Columbia, provided there exist no conflicts of interest, and the particular case has remained entirely under the Jurisdiction of a District of Columbia Court throughout the entire duration of said litigation.

Finally, if a Company or Corporation so chooses, and first gives Notice and exercises any lawful Due Process which may be required, Our Appellate Services are also legally available to any Private Business located anywhere in the world, provided there exist no conflicts of interest and that said Company or Corporation does ongoing and substantial business within the District of Columbia at all times pertinent, and the particular case has remained entirely under the Jurisdiction of a District of Columbia Court throughout the entire course of said litigation.
