OUR APPELLATE PRACTICE

Our attorneys and staff constitute a team who work closely together to deliver to Our Clients the highest caliber of winning Appellate products at lower costs.  For example, our paralegals, who always work under the direct supervision of the attorneys of record in any given case, are all very experienced at handling all of work incidental to their lawful function in the Appellate process, including, but not limited to, client communications, filing clerk’s papers, using the latest computerized research tools to preliminarily identify issues, and under the attorney’s direct supervision, prepare statements of arrangements and perform very basic motions writing, such as for continuance (time extensions) and/or for minor record corrections.

The relevant attorneys in a given case will then completely review all work performed up to that point by the assigned paralegals, including preparation of the record for review, rereading transcripts and again identifying all issues and research. The lead attorneys, after final review, will file any necessary statement of arrangements, and produce drafts which ultimately result in a Final Brief, all the while remaining in relevant communication with the Client. With, again, all of these very expert and comprehensive functions and all said services and every possible effort always being designed to produce winning Appellate work at the lowest possible costs.
